Pilton's latest version of their grape-skin co-ferment, In Touch, will be launched on Thursday 30 June and you can buy your bottle exclusively at Two Belly beforehand.
This the third edition of In Touch, sees a return to red grape skins. (The first used Pinot Noir and the next Bacchus). The pressed skins are soaked on apple juice, which is then fermented and blended by guest blender Martyn Goodwin-Sharman.
Bottles will be sold wrapped in tissue paper, to hide the label, and revealed at an unwrapping event at Two Belly on 30 June.
