Three Cherries is a colaborative co-fermentation project between Pilton Cider, Once Upon a Tree and Little Pomona.

The starting point, as the name suggests was cherries - 250kg of grade A dessert cherries from Haygrove Farms in Ledbury for each of the makers. The simple idea? To take this wonderful fruit back to the respective cideries and create something magical.

Now, after almost a year it’s time for the big reveal!

Join James Forbes of Little Pomona at The Strawberry Thief to hear all about the project and to taste the three ciders.

The official Three Cherries ciders will be released for sale on World Cherry Day - 16th July.

There will be time to enjoy the Strawberry Thief's amazing lunch options after this tasting, before you head to the Salon at the Trinity Centre, which is about 20 minutes walk.
