The Good Measure
| 2b Chandos Rd, Bristol BS6 6PE
Realising the critical need to change the dialogue around cider into something more positive and energetic, two of its finest makers, Albert Johnson of Ross on Wye Cider & Perry and James Forbes of Little Pomona, decided to take matters into their own hands. Graftwood is the result.
A quarterly, subscription based, long form, critical, sad, poignant, playful and humorous magazine written by some of the UK’s truest cider legends. It seeks to explore the deeper meaning of cider, how it connects us all with each other, the land and our cultural heritage. Cider does that? Wow!
Graftwood is launching at the Bristol Cider Salon on June the 8th but come down and join us for the preview. An evening of fine cider writing and fine cider drinking with guest stars including the likes of Tom Oliver from Oliver’s Cider & Perry, Barny Butterfield from Devon’s Sandford Orchards and Martin Berkeley of Pilton Cider not to mention Editors-in-Chief Little Pomona and Ross on Wye Cider & Perry too!
It’s time to #ReThinkCider!
