Speciality cider producers are invited to submit their products for the Salon and will be selected by the panel.
Quality is essential, our panel is looking only for the highest standard. Bottle conditioned, bottle fermented, keeved and other speciality methods are most of interest. Presentation is very important, cider is an amazing product that deserves the respect of fantastic packaging.
Our preferred bottle format is 75cl, with cork & wire closures. More traditional formats such as 500ml bottles and bag-in-box are unlikely to be accepted as they are well represented in other events. Producers attend the event to pour their cider in person.
