Join cider makers from around the world the night before the Salon for a feast of food and cider at Root Bristol. Four courses of delicious food will be paired with exceptional ciders from near and far, showcasing the breadth and depth of the cider world.
The cider-makers will be on hand to talk you through each drink throughout the evening.
